Welcome To Math!
I transitioned into teaching 5 years ago when I moved to Smithville area. I graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a bachelor's in Social Work and from Blinn TEACH program. This is my 4th year teaching and my second year teaching Math at SES and enjoy learning and growing my knowledge. I am originally a Slatonite which is in West Texas and their mascot is also a Tiger. So, when I was hired I felt right at home. Once a Tiger always a Tiger!  I enjoy teaching and guiding children to be the best that they can be.

My family has grown in the last 9 months. I have two sons that just got married and a daughter. My oldest son, Jace, was drafted as a pitcher for the San Diego Padres and is now finishing up his degree to become a coach and teacher to share his passion for teaching and baseball. My youngest son, Dilon, is a coach and teacher at Littlefield ISD to share his passion for teaching and baseball. My daughter Averlea, is a Tiger! My husband, Randy, is self employed (Hunsucker Farms). I am very much a family oriented person and believe that it takes a village to raise children. This is my belief of why I was called to transition into teaching.
